If you have Word, XL, Power Point then you should have publisher. Check by selecting start then all programs then office.

Cutting the magnets, when you know how, is very easy. Cut the the same as Business Cards.
First cut from top to the bottom without going past the X at the bottom of the page =1 as shown on left. This way you will still have the guidelines showing you where to cut across.
Then you can cut across, all the way through. =2
