All you need for making perfect panoramas is:-
- A digital camera. No need for a special camera, ANY camera can make Panoramic's.
- An Inkjet printer, preferably an Epson printer as Epson are the ONLY mainstream printers that will print the longest (Panoramic or Panoramas) up to 1.1 metres.
- Print Magic Panoramic / Panorama Photo Paper. A4 (210mm) for standard printers or A3+ (330mm) for A3 Printers.
- Panorama Maker Pro 5:- Not only the best, but the easiest program to use.
- Print Magic Paper 3D Panoramic Photo Frames Software: These beautiful 3D High Resolution Panoramic or Panorama Photo Frames will save you a fortune on framing costs. Why buy expensive frames when you can print them directly from your printer.
- Optional: A publishing software program like Corel Draw, MS Publisher, Adobe Illustrator etc.. These make the printing, sizing & manipulation of your work SUPER SIMPLE. Photo Programs like Photo Shop, Photo impact etc.. can also be used but sizing is more difficult.

Using a tripod, gives a more accurate result but we have found Panorama Maker will stitch & blend without the need for time consuming contraptions. When taking the photos on left (the new Queenscliff Marina on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia) it was not possible to use a tripod, these were taken on steps and wire cables interrupted the view. We took as many photos panning from left to right & right to left. When using a digital camera it does not matter how many photos you take because there is no film to develop, it's just a matter of deleting the ones you don't desire or don't match. |

Panorama Maker automatically selects all the photos that were taken in sequence however, if you took a lot of photos it is best to select the photos you desire. Panorama Maker will stitch 360 degrees however the more photos you stitch the thinner the photo will become. We have found, stitching 4 to 7 photos will give the best cropping allowance for the printing of standard panoramic 210mm x 1020mm.
After selecting the photos, click the stitch button and in a few seconds your photo will be ready. |

Panorama Maker automatically crops the maximum printable area. If the photo does not look quite right then there is a clever manual stitching tool that you can use, however we found most our photos have never needed manual interference, the less time you spend correcting images the better. Panorama Maker also blend the colours so if there are any slight light differences within the photos, you won't see them after stitching. You will be amazed at what you can do using this program. Framing your photos can add up to $400 on top of the cost of your photo, This makes them very hard to sell, so why not just print the frame as you are printing your photo.
We found that by adding one of our frames (see left & below or Click Here), your photo will look complete.
When searching the world wide web, we could not find any printable quality frames. Don't get us wrong, there are thousands of frames you can find on the web, but these are made for the purpose of displaying them on a website, blog or other internet source. They look like high resolution images but, when you print them they can look terrible. This is because they are not made for printing, some will print fine on A4 size paper but when you stretch them over a metre in length you will see the difference.
The other main problem with other frames is that, they are made for SQUARE photos, so when stretching them they will look out of proportion.

All Panorama frames below are downloadable 4 sizes available for each design that can be stretched in proportion to the frame, this means the A4 frame can be stretched into a A3 or A2 etc.. or smaller A5 or A6 Size, but only in proportion to the image.

| To print your image you must first set up your photo to the size you require. In the example (on right) we have sized our photo to 210mm x 1020mm. Sizing the photo in a publishing program like Corel draw is easier than photo programs, because you can stretch the image slightly to fit. Setup the page size you desire & using your mouse stretch the image until it fits. (see photo on right). We have also imported the same sized frame and placed it on top of the image.
